RCDolner developed typical office standards that were used to buildout out 400,000 square feet of office space. The office fronts were Raeco and Glass.

The High end millwork, stone lobbies and entrances challenged the landlords work letter. RCDolner was instrumental in delivering completed office space for tenants within landlord allocated work letter allowances.
