When luxury leather goods designer Etienne Aigner redesigned its showrooms and corporate offices, the Company selected RCDolner as Construction Manager. To ensure that the space would be demonstrative of the Company’s committment to exellence, Etienne Aigner had its two levels in the Fifth Avenue high-rise tower lined in pear and cherry wood.

Extensive and elaborate millwork was completed in Canada and painstakingly installed by RC Dolner. As with the other interiors at 712 Fifth Avenue, Etienne Aigner’s offices required unfaltering attention to every detail. There were box beams, lighting troughs, a new staircase and lit display cases throughout. In addition, the extensive spot lighting necessitated installation of a supplemental air conditioning unit.
