Schroders & Company added 2 new floors to its corporate offices and redesigning its existing space to accommodate future growth. The restack occurred on floors 3 thru 5 with strategic phasing. Wood and glass office fronts, raised floors, expanded computer room, new telecommunications risers and distribution, pre-action system and significant supplemental A/C were required.
As CM, RCDolner applied value engineering techniques which allowed for the project’s successful on-schedule completion, within budget requirements. |
