Initial multi-floor build-out of corporate offices, inclusive of Executive Board Rooms, Office Suites, Supplemental A/C, Communicating stairs, wood and glass office fronts.

Subsequent eight floor restacking and expansion included expanding telecommunications centers, structural reinforcement for rolling files and training center; tenant floors remained occupied and operational throughout the construction process.
