Dalton School

RCDolner has been performing alterations, additions and upgrades to this Upper East Side private school since 1992. These projects are performed during the summer hiatus and are complete and ready for use when the School reopens after Labor Day.

Working within a limited time frame requires an aggressive and thorough pre-construction process. Scheduling, pre-ordering, layout and coordination is crucial to the success of these projects. Some RCDolner projects include the New Martin Theater, The Science and Art Centers, and the Dance Studio.

RCDolner preformed a gut renovation of the existing theater, replacing the theatre almost in its entirety. This 300-seat theatre required state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, acoustic, and performance components.
