Teachers College Columbia University

The eight buildings of the Teachers College at Columbia University are nearly one hundred years old. Historically significant and cherished by both the institution and the community, Teachers College has entrusted RCDolner with the key leadership role in the master planning, restoration, and upgrading of their campus. Some of the more notable projects are as follows:

  1. Complete slate & copper roof replacement at all eight buildings.

  2. Installation of new IFA Fire Alarm System in all eight buildings.

  3. New Central Plant Heating & Cooling Facility designed for all present and future environmental needs.

  4. New 252 Room Dormitory.
