On a tight site on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, RCDolner performed major structural modifications to this landmark structure. Landmark status dictated that the existing facade of the building could not be altered in any way.

As a result, the facade was shored and protected throughout construction. An addition was built in the rear yard of the building to increase the usable area of the Meeting Hall by nearly twenty five percent.
