Forest Hills Assisted Living Residence is an Apartment Complex specifically designed to accommodate the needs of handicapped and senior citizens. It was designed as a high-end alternative to assisted living. It offers residents fully-functioning studio and one-bedroom apartments.

The facility also includes a complete gym, music room, entertainment center, computer center, dining hall and underground parking. In order to allow residents to enjoy a more private and upscale dining experience a french bistro and exterior promenade were constructed.
