RCDolner constructed this high-end residential project near Hoboken's rejuvenated waterfront district. Century Tower is one of the largest apartment developments in the area and boasts an impressive 425,000 SF of residential space. Included in the development are 3 interconnected structures; a 15-story building of reinforced concrete, a 6-story structural steel and plank structure and a 3-story, 90,000 SF parking structure of structural steel and composite deck. Century Tower features 302 apartments ranging from 3-bedrooms to studios, parking for 450 cars, a full service lobby and a fitness center.
