Liberty Lofts

The conversion of an existing 8 story manufacturing loft building (a total of 120,000 SF) to 26 luxury residential condominium units. The building was renovated to include commercial use. The project entailed adding 4 stories, a complete interior renovation, installation of new elevators, stair towers, MEP systems and new facades. Duplex penthouses occupy the top 2 stores.

The Statue of liberty at the roof of the building was removed and donated to the Brooklyn Museum.
