Marshall's

In this build to suit tenant fit out for a new 32,300 square foot Marshall's store, eleven roof top air conditioning units and support steel were installed, as well as, energy management and lighting control systems.

Most electrical and mechanical equipment was procured through Marshall's national account vendors, as were numerous specialty items such as the slatwall, cart corral, entrance and impact doors, canopies, accessories. In addition we coordinated the tenant's security, low voltage and entrance access control vendors to undertake their work within our aggressive construction schedule.

All work was completed well ahead of schedule allowing for an earlier Grand Opening Date.
