RCDolner provided construction management services for this 33-story luxury residential tower, located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. Containing 150 apartments of superior quality, the project features granite and marble in the bathrooms and kitchens, wood flooring throughout, and duplex penthouses with wood burning fireplaces and wrap-around terraces. Other building amenities included a full-service concierge lobby, health club, in-ground swimming pool and sauna.
Located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, on an 80' by 100' site and highly congested street, RCDolner had to utilize the rear of the building for all material and personnel hoisting.
This project was successfully completed on time and budget and was fully occupied immediately following construction completion. |
