Located on the northeast corner of Madison Park, this existing four-story, turn-of-the century building has been converted into a twelve-story luxury condominium with ground floor retail space. The intricate structural work required to add an additional 8 stories of the existing structure was both complex and challenging.
The condominium consists of eight (8) full floor apartments of approximately 2,500 square feet and one (1) duplex penthouse. Each apartment will has it’s own Juliet balcony with vistas of the park, elevator service, a premier kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, laundry facility, and other high end finishes. |
