RCDolner converted four existing 8-story landmark manufacturing loft buildings, with 80,000 SF combined, into 50 luxury residential condominium units.

The building was renovated to include commercial use.

The project entailed a complete interior renovation, installation of new elevators, stair towers and MEP systems.
