Century Tower is one of the largest apartment developments in the area and boasts an impressive 425,000 SF of residential space. Included in the development are 3 interconnected structures; a 15-story building of reinforced concrete, a 6-story structural steel and plank structure and a 3-story, 90,000 SF parking structure of structural steel and composite deck. Century Tower features 302 apartments ranging from 3-bedrooms to studios, parking for 450 cars, a full service lobby and a fitness center. |
