Occupying 55,000 of the centers 105,000 square feet, the Edward’s store was constructed over a filled and compacted site and built simultaneously with the retail Center.

Steel, masonry, new utilities, rooftop parking and Elevator were required for the project. Careful planning & coordination allowed completion of the supermarket prior to many of the other retail stores.
